What happens if the products have defects?
All products are shipped in 1a quality. Should you receive a damaged package, please inform us. We shall immediately organise a replacement. Just send a short email to info@implantvision.comor inform us of the defect by telephone at 0800 - 48 626 678 427 (12 cent/min).The costs for reshipping will be borne by us and credited to your account.

  The delivery time indicates how many working days the seller will require as a general rule to send the products to you. The prerequisite is that the corresponding products re available in our store. On many product pages you can already see the availability online.
