Does it cost me to use it?
The use of the ImplantVision purchasing platform is naturally free of charge. On ordering the suppliers add on shipping costs depending on the amount ordered. You will see these by clicking the information button on the relative product page. And the shipping costs will also be shown in the shopping cart.
What advantages do I have with ImplantVision?
At ImplantVision you can order in an uncomplicated manner with the shopping cart from the range of products form the various manufacturers and suppliers and at favourable prices. You have only one contact partner and do not have to slowly leave through the catalogues of various providers.
What is the newsletter?
With our email newsletter we keep you up to date free of charge and without any obligation of the most up-to-date offers and particular highlights.

Under the main navigation heading "newsletter" in the left column you can subscribe to the newsletter free of charge and without obligations by simply entering your email address; you can also stop it again at any time.
What happens if by error I have ordered the wrong product?
If the order has not yet been shipped by us you can stop it or reorder either by telephone, fax or email.

Should the package already have been delivered to you, you can return it to us, provided that it has not been opened.
What happens if the products delivered have defects?
This should not be the case but it can happen from time to time. Even if each product leaves our company with 1a quality, it can sometimes be damaged in the mail. Should the package be damaged on delivery, please inform us about it. We shall naturally ensure a replacement immediately.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
Simply click on the ”forgotten password” link below the login area. Thereafter you will receive your password by email at the email address which you entered for the registration.
How can I get assistance?
You will find most of the answers to questions on ImplantVison under assistance or FAQs. If you do not find any suitable answer there, you can send us an email or contact us by telephone during our office hours (Mon-Fri, 8-17 hours CET).
