Ordering process

At this juncture we should like to describe to you the individual steps of the ordering process. Should you still have problems, we are naturally at your disposal to answer any questions.

Step 1: You make a selection
From the summary page you access the detailed description of our shop articles. From here you can look at the article in a more detailed manner and put the article also from here into your shopping cart. The shopping cart is shown on the top of the right column and is automatically updated.

Step 2: Your shopping cart
When you have composed your shopping cart, click the link to the ordering process called "go to the cash box"..

The shopping cart will be shown and you can change the numbers ordered per article (click the "Update"-button) or remove the article again from the shopping cart by clicking the basket icon on the right of the article).

The total amount of the articles which you have selected will be shown including the corresponding shipping costs.

Now you can either go shopping again ("more products"-*button on the left below) or go to the cash box (button on the right below).

Step 3: Your invoice address

The invoice address corresponds to the delivery address. Should this not be the case, you can enter in addition a separate delivery address.

Step 4: Payment
You can select he possibility of payment either by cash-in-advance or by credit card.

Step 5: Summary
On the summary page you can review your data and if necessary change them. Your invoice amount will be shown to you including shipping costs. In addition you have the possibility of leaving comments with regard to your order. You can, for example, use this service when there is additional information regarding the delivery address.
