Data protection and notes concerning use

ImplantVision considers itself to be responsible for maintaining and protecting the private sphere of its customers and business partners .Visitors can communicate data and other information on this website, which are relevant for communication with ImplantVision. These data are used, apart from during the direct execution of the relevant service, also for the required structuring of the services offered by ImplantVision..

The data given by the customers are stored, processed and used by ImplantVision for the above-mentioned purposes. In accordance with Section 33 BDSG the customer should take note of the fact that the relevant data used in communication with him is stored and/or transferred for the purpose of processing in accordance with the applicable data protection conditions. The customer/business partner is thus in agreement that the data transferred by him on the basis of forms can be stored by ImplantVision and used in accordance with the aforesaid. ImplantVision is thus authorised, if necessary, to transfer both domestically and abroad the data given by the customer/business partner within the framework of the conclusion and operating of contracts with partners connected to ImplantVision, which are eventually used for the realisation of the relevant services.
